Relax and wind down the year being immersed in and soothed by the healing vibrations of sacred sounds.
Dani and David will take you on a multi-instrumental sound journey through the elements. Travel from the earthy, shamanic sounds of drum, gong and yidaki, (didgeridoo) through to celestial sounds of bowls, bells, voice and more.
Creating space for deep rest and rejuvenation. A space where you can open to a deeper connection and awareness of self and wellbeing.

Please bring a mat, blankets and pillows for your own comfort.

Teas and snack provided.

There are 2 times for this event. Either an afternoon session at 3pm or a twilight session starting at 6:30pm.
