Explanation on how to make base hoops (note: all base hoops will be provided and made in advance to maximise decorating time)
Demonstration on how to tape a hoop, including choosing colours and patterns, and the technique for evenly spaced taping
Hoop taping: time to get creative and decorate your hoop
Who will be teaching?
Hula-hoop dancer, performer, teacher, maker, learner and lover, Donna Sparx is passionate about bringing dance into the hoop and sharing the freedom found in play and flow. Donna seeks to inspire creativity, fun and social connection through hula-hooping.
