Vision & Values Workshop

This workshop invites you to take the time out of your busy life and focus on creating a vision for your future that is aligned with your core, unique and intrinsic values.  During the workshop you will create a vision board with images/photos that inspire you.  You can take the board home to help inspire you and give you clarity in your everyday life. 

You will be taken through a process of eliciting you highest values in a chosen of your life.  These values are you innate values that are specific to you and your needs, if we live a life aligned with our values, we create happiness and flow.

All tools to make your vision board will be provided.  If you wish to bring your own notepad and pen you are more than welcome, alternatively paper and pens will be provided on the day for the values part of the session.

Facilitator Bio

Trisha O’Donnell

I am a proud Irish woman, a wife, a mother, and a business owner.  I am a partner in an independent Real Estate company called Goodlife Local Real Estate based in Apollo Bay.

I qualified as a Master Practitioner and Coach of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy ® and Hypnosis in 2018.  My background is in IT and Finance but 15 years ago I decided to move away from corporate life to fulfill my dream of working with clients in a more authentic way.  I have coached people both personally and in business.  My passion is to help people realise their potential and find their joy and to dance to their own tune.
