Apollo Bay Local artist Lyndi Whalen @lyndilufacepaints has been weaving for over 20 years.
Lyndi likes to use natural materials and dyed raffia to create one-of-a-kind pieces.
Definition: SHAMBLE (Lit. Discworld) aka A type of Witch's Ladder / Cat’s Cradle that is a practice in folklore used for intention setting and charm making. Made from a combination of natural materials and rope netted in with found objects.
Expand on your weaving styles and techniques, no experience is necessary, and all materials are supplied to make a wish for a beautiful and bountiful spring /summer
In this 4-hour afternoon workshop, Lyndi will share techniques passed on to her by master weavers Aunty Browen Razem, Gay Grae, and Joy Beeby and Meg Pascal from Surfcoast Weaver Birds.

Come and learn some basic Coiling and stitching techniques, no experience necessary, all materials supplied to make a small pair of earrings to take home.
